LOG Kitchen Refacing is a family business, run by Lou Gradica and brother Gip.

We started up in 2014 and we continually strive to maintain the 5 star reputation we have achieved with our wonderful customer base, as our Google reviews demonstrate.

We operate throughout north west New York state, essentially within a 35 mile radius of Buffalo.

Lou and his crew did a fantastic job refreshing our dated, dark kitchen, to a new bright white space! We could not be happier! They had great ideas for us on how to maximize our space and make it very modern too. The cost was very fair, much less than a full kitchen remodel! The guys were always punctual & efficient in their work. They cleaned up nicely each day too and were sure to protect our appliances and flooring when working. We met Lou at the Buffalo Home Show in March 2020. He came out multiple times to help us work through our kitchen remodeling choices.; he brought out samples of everything and provided us with great ideas and advice. His quote was very fair and competitive. We paused the remodel until August due to COVID. Lou worked with us to complete the remodel when we were on a family vacation, which was just awesome. Lou and his team did outstanding work. The quality and their attention to detail is incredible. They refaced all of our cabinets, added new cabinets (including a fantastic under counter garbage and recycle bin cabinet), extended our island, installed quartz countertops, and new backsplash. While we were on vacation, Lou sent us updated pictures and kept us posted on the progress. We returned from vacation and we had a beautiful brand new kitchen! It exceeded all of our expectations. We highly recommend Lou and his team for any kitchen remodel needs!

I cannot tell how ecstatic I am over my new kitchen. The entire crew is amazing to work with. They are very responsive and dependable. They will work with you every step of the way and are honestly over the top when it comes to craftsmanship, attention to detail and communication. I cannot tell you how many contractors I contacted who never returned calls or came to the house and I never heard from them again. It took me over a year to find Log Kitchens and I highly recommend them. Due to a contractor who committed to do the work and disappeared, I didn't have cabinet doors for a over a year. It's was non stop disappointment after disappointment until Log Kitchens came to the rescue. I cannot say enough great things about this contractor. If you are having any doubt about someone who is promising you the sun, moon and stars and than doesn't deliver, look no further, Lou will take care of you. I have pictures below from the original remodel in 2003, then shots with no kitchen doors from 2018 and then the finished kitchen in 2019. I am so happy and so grateful to Lou and the team!

We met Lou at the Buffalo Home Show, during the early days of the COVID-19 Pandemic. He reached out immediately after the Home Show, then followed up as Phase 2 of reopening approached. He was very respectful of our pandemic high-risk concerns, going out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable. His quote was very competitive, the workmanship Is top notch, the quality is superb, and the attention to detail is second to none. They finished the job in two days, which included building a couple custom cabinets, refacing the others, and adding new trim throughout. We can’t recommend enough!

Lou after having several estimates was chosen by us because of his honesty and the integrity We saw in him. Lou and his partner Gib provided us a beautiful refaced kitchen and a new wonderful sink and installed an incredible faucet we bought from Amazon. He keeps his word when he says he “Will make this a beautiful new kitchen for us” We will always use him in the future and even if there may be a problem he does give you guarantees on their workmanship which is rare these days. We also felt safe and comfortable in their presence with a few laughs and jokes in between. Great company to hire. We have no regrets.

Lou was wonderful to work with. He responded very quickly to any questions I had and got everything done in a very reasonable amount of time. The finished product was even better than I imagined it would be. I would recommend him to anyone, couldn't have asked for anyone better!

Lou, owner of this company, raises the bar for contractors. He is honest and hardworking. Our kitchen is beautiful! We went from dark wood cabinets and island to textured white cabinets and a “brushed nickel” island at Lou’s suggestion. WOW! I had called 4 contractors for estimates. Lou responded within 5 minutes of my message. He came over late that afternoon. When we signed with him, he said they would start Sep 16 and it would take 2 1/2 days. They were at the door at 9 AM on Monday, and finished cleanup by 2 on Wednesday. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Lou and his crew were professional, presented a competitive estimate that they stuck to even when changes were necessary, consistently and immediately responded to requests and finished in a timely manner. We love our new kitchen and we highly recommend Log Kitchen Refacing!

The first bathroom was done with such excellence we immediately commissioned them to renovate our second bathroom.

I was referred to lui by a neighbor of mine and I usually nervous about trying new people and trusting that they are going to be fair and truthful and when I met Lui not only was he extremely polite and knowledgeable but he made me very comfortable ... I originally wanted to reface cabinets but realized later I shouldn’t being it was a rental property and he was so understanding and even tho at that moment I wasn’t getting any work done he still have me advice and etc.... I eventually decided to just put a new kitchen sink unit in and called him again and he was more than helpful came to help me and picked up and delivered and installed the unit in a timely manner and he is always on time ! And always communicates ! Which is soooo important in business especially when your making an investment to build something better . Not only that but he said if I ever have any problems down the line (which I shouldn’t) he will always come to check it and make sure it’s good . Great guy great work ! I’m telling you ! If your thinking about having him work on your home please do it ! You won’t regret it !
